Meet us on mountains and back ski trails as we let biking be our warm up on beginner appropriate trails. Then experience a flowing Yoga practice on a grassy field, peaceful stream side or under the shade of pines. Following our practice we have a light healthy snack then bike back to our starting point.
Explore local trails on the Kennebec Trust Trail System and many other Maine hikes with your fellow Yogis and Yoginis. After a nice hike we practice a peaceful Yoga flow and meditation. A light meal follows along with the opportunity to explore scenic views before heading back to our starting point.
